This is a small update for Spotiamp, that ensure unicode support.

* UNICODE support handling of Artist and title in commercials
* Tracks without Artist or Title can be added as commercials
* Converts commercials.ini from ANSI to UNICODE silently

* Better adsupport handling (after 15 secs the interface are displayed again)
